Career Services - Hero

Riverside's long standing partnerships with the Department of Developmental Services, the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission, area schools, local Chambers of Commerce, Career Centers, and other community resources to provide comprehensive, varied, and flexible support for successful employment.

Individual Placement

Individual placements match participants with local businesses. These placements allow participants to work on their own with minimal support from the employer and infrequent behind-the-scenes support from Riverside. People with disabilities want to work. Often, the only thing they are missing is the opportunity. Join other businesses who are hiring a work force that is dedicated and reliable.
