Employment Opportunities

The purpose of Riverside's Employment Services is to assist people in discovering the type of work they like and to teach the job skills necessary for a satisfying employment experience. We provide assistance in securing employment and supporting people to be successful on the job. Services are individualized, meeting the goals of the employee and the requirements of the employer.

Riverside Employment works in partnership with the Department of Developmental Services, the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission, area schools, local Chambers of Commerce, Career Centers, and many other community resources to provide comprehensive, varied, and flexible support. We have long-standing relationships that ensure each participant receives a broad scope of support services necessary for successful employment.
